Houston native, J. Roshon, made a splash on the Houston underground scene in a big way “right, right, right.” The 25-year-old rapper recently dropped his new mixtape, “Marvin Zindler”. FYI Houston was able to catch up with J. Roshon to pick his brain on his recent success and his plans for the future.

J. Roshon keeps his daughter in mind when seeking motivation and looks at his grandfather as his biggest role model. Remaining humble, he commands respect without having to emulate the gangster aspect of rap. J.Roshon stated the “people respect me because I’m in a lane of my own.”

With a versatile style and some Houston flava, J. Roshon is making his mark on the Houston underground scene. Follow J.Roshon on Instagram @J.Roshon
